Not so great for regular consumers

If you're going to use this site then bear in mind that this site is geared towards businesses so the customer care you might expect as a consumer from other sites isn't present here, like being able to cancel orders or reply to emails.

The quality of the prints I ordered were OK, I can't be bothered to raise the printing defect on the T-Shirt I ordered with them.

I will stick to sites that provide customer care in future.
