Have been a happy Sky customer for years. Sadly this year they have started overcharging me by £150.00 per month!! Yes you read it correctly. After spending nearly two hours on internet chat with a sky advisor, they said problem corrected.It was too much to hope for that that was true. The following month they overcharged me again. I rang them and they said they will try to sort it out. What the hell does that mean they will TRY. ........Sort it out now Sky!
