The site is easy to navigate , with repeat order facility, which is great for my prescription dog food, which is required monthly for my chow chow, the price is very good far cheaper than the vets. I even had to phone them as my PC shut down while waiting for my payment to go through,and found their staff to be very helpful, even phoning me back to confirm when my payment was processed. also the site use PAYPAL which is great, as I only buy from sites with paypal for security and peace of mind
