I've ordered from the Heckmondwike store several times. The pizzas are soggy and feel like they have been 'toasted' instead of oven cooked.
Also the ingredients taste too artificial. Same for Pizza Hut.
Pizza Express seem good, but they dont deliver.

Always reliable with orders. If things go wrong, they fix the issue straight away. For example, I ordered a digital camera a few years back. It was sent unrecorded and it never arrived.
I called them and they sent a replacement out, upgraded the postage and it arrived next day.
I use them all the time and cannot fault them as a company. In fact, I am a fan of them.
I bought a 2TB Buffalo USB3 external hard drive 18 months ago from eBuyer. Whilst the initial experience was good, when things went wrong my response was not so.
The drive comes with a 24 month warranty, and I got a Product Return Form from Buffalo as per the request from eBuyer. Initially, they said that I would have to send the drive to Holland at my expense to get it replaced. This would cost me £25 and wouldnt be traceable or insured. eBuyer then said if Buffalo gave me a Product Return Form, then they would replace the drive.
So I got the form, eBuyer picked up the drive.
This morning, I was told that they would not replace it as the drive is more expensive now (by £9.41!) and they would give me a partial refund.
A partial refund? On a faulty drive within the warranty period? Support won't respond to my emails, so I signed up on Twitter and sent Armando Sanchez a message. I have also called his number too.
