Absolutely First Class Service
I have an eye condition and wanted to get the best goggles to protect my eyes for use on holiday. After some research I came across Aquasphere and saw watersports warehouse. Without any exaggeration, the process of finding the right product, to completing the purchase was so unbelievably simple. Then the delivery option I went for was first class Royal Mail. I actually got my goggles less than 48 hours after placing the order. I will definitely recommend this site and will no doubt use it again in the future.

review on snorkels and masks
We have not used them yet (we brought them for a future holiday) but they seem comfortable and seem to have a good fit. We did not hear the delivery person (though my wife was in the house!) and we had to collect from the post office as the note said they were "too heavy" to deliver. A minor inconvenience but we hope to enjoy them

Watersports Warehouse has a very user friendly site with clear product descriptions and you get exactly what you see. The delivery was exceptionally fast on both occasions that I ordered from them. I also had to return an item and it was a very straightforward process with clear instructions on how to go about the return. Will definitely use again!

The purchase experience was as expected.
The goods turned up as expected. My only criticism is on the head measurement advice for helmet sizes. Having measured my child's head and ordered the advised helmet size I am not that happy with the result. Whilst the adjustors will contract to her head size the actual helmet fits my adult head, meaning that there is a huge amount of wobble room for a 9 year old girl.

Outstanding service.
Fantastic shopping experience. They had everything I required in stock and it was delivered too me in less than 24 hours. I had to exchange my wetsuit for a different size within hours of receiving it they had one in the post to me. You can't do better than that. They also keep you informed of each stage of the ordering process down to expected delivery time and even when it had been delivered. As a customer my experience with them has been fantastic and not all companies are the same. I ordered items from a competitor on the same day and i still have not received my items despite it has now gone past the time schedule they had estimated for delivery and I have not been updated in any way. Well done watersportswarehouse for outstanding customer service

Came through where the others failed!
I was let by two other retailers who took my order, failed to contact me and after being followed up several times eventually admitted they couldn't deliver for weeks (if at all). So when I found the items on watersports warehouse my expectations were low.
I was pleasantly surprised by their cheerful help over the phone, atonished by their instant communication/confirmation of my online order and finally gobsmacked when they shipped all the items within 2 hours of the order!!
