Money for nothing
Absolutely brilliant, I've had £450 paid into my bank account over the last couple of years. I do a lot of online shopping and now always check to see if there is cashback available when you click thru from this company. I've never ever bought anything I wasn't going to buy anyway, so I've not been fooled into thinking I was getting a bargain when I was just buying more than I would have done. To anyone who thinks it doesn't track, make sure you delete all cookies recently downloaded to your computer if you've already looked at the shopping site not through topcashback. If there's a cookie on your computer from when you last looked at your shopping site it might just go back to that cached page when you later click thru from topcashback and then your purchase won't track. Following this rule I've never had a problem with missing cashback.

Never pay money back
What a waste of time and clicks. Deceiving and not trustworthy. Kept hundreds of my money blaming merchants for not posting and buying time. Report those scumbags to Attorney General, BBB, and other authorites, otherwise they will keep eating caviar at your expense.

Waste of time
Specifically used this to get cash back from Greenflag but got nothing. Just goes through lists of questions everytime you try to find out why it has not come through. I do most shopping online too

Thank you for writing a review and I am sorry that you have had problems with this transaction. Green Flag transactions do require you to validate them before they will progress, but this sounds more like a tracking issue. I can see that the vast majority of Green Flag transactions have progressed without issue, but I can investigate this for you if you wish?

Waste of time and effort
Booked hotels through Expedia and Hotels.com. Nothing credited to my account on either. Filled out the form on the first occasion to claim the 10/15% discount, it said it may take months to trace. 6 months later, not even an email to say Y/N. Second time didn't even bother to fill it out.
Go to Trivago/Travel Supermarket or another comparison site and pick the cheapest.
Seemed too good to be true when I joined and that's how it turned out.

Unbelieveably good!
Money for nothing! I'm not entirely sure how TopCashBack works, but it does. Just check their site before you buy anything online to see if the retailer you want to use is listed, then click through to the retailer and shop as normal.
Then once the purchase has been processed you can claim the cash back - we've accumulated loads of Amazon vouchers.
I really can't see a down side :-)

Money for old rope.
I joined TCB on a recomendation from Martin Lewis, the money saving expert. It has cost me nothing but saved me a small fortune; on my very first cash back I slashed my car insurance costs to half the renewal price. I have never looked back since. It is fab, free and so far I have had absolutely no difficulties using this service. I would recommend this to anyone.

I've not been with TopCashBack for too long, but so far all cash back has tracked fine. Website is easy to use and I have made a withdrawal which was processed smoothly. All in all, very happy

I don't understand why anybody wouldn't have a top cashback account!
I have only been with top cashback for 6 months and already I have racked up over £100. With things like hotels and car hire it saves an incredible amount of money with no effort what so ever.

YopCashBack didn't pay referral, so I'll stick to Quidco.
My firend referred me to TopCashBack and I met the minimum earnings requirment but TopCashBack didn't pay the referral fee.
A Google search suggests that this is quite common.
I'll stick to Quidco, who seem more trustworthy.

I'm really sorry you're unhappy with how our referral bonus works. You do need £10.00 of eligible cashback in your Earnings at any status for this to track in your referrer's account. Your cashback then needs to become 'payable' for your friend's bonus to follow suit.
It may be that some of your cashback doesn't count towards the £10.00 threshold. I'll pop a link below that details the few merchants whose cashback doesn't count:

This could also be a case of the tracking chain for the bonus being broken, or if you signed up on an iPhone the bonus won't track to your friend's account (however we can check this and re-instate the bonus).

Good offers and very nice customer service!
Have been using Topcashback for a few months and I'm very happy with it. The offers are good and it does add up in the end and it saves you some Money. When I have been in contact with the Topcashback team they have Always been very nice, helpful and efficient. Would recomend anyone to sign up. I would like to see more Snap and save offers, they are really good so it would be great it there would be more of them.

I wouldn't really sign up, if you don't shop that often on line. You get emails saying you have an inactive account! Well, yeah, that's because I only really shop online for birthday and Xmas pressies and they all fall around the same time of year so it will be in- active until then! Plus I forget because it just says the sites I want to use don't use it so ......

We do have a procedure in place if a member’s account is not accessed within 6 months the account will become dormant. This is more than a security feature more than anything to protect our members. We will happily re-activate or transfer any outstanding cash back funds you may have to a new account for you.
We also add literally thousands of merchants a year to our site so you can keep checking from time to time to see if any of the merchants you wish to use have been added to our site. You can also suggest merchants to us and we will look to see if we can add them.

on the whole, excellent
I was introduced to this way of buying on line by a frugal sister who has to watch every penny. Every purchase from on-line retailers obtained via TopCashBack has the satisfying reward of a percentage back on the price of the item. This is then held in an account ready to spend! On the whole, the retailers have dutifully notified TopCashBack of purchases made and I have a little pot of money waiting to be spent, However, more recently there have been 2 or 3 purchases that haven't resulted in cashback. I'm not entirely sure why, when I have gone through the procedure as usual. I am miffed at that as TopCashBack is my first port of call when I have decided to buy something on-line!!!

ebay lost to topcashback users
i saw what i wanted on ebay and i tried buying through topcashback as i have done many times to find ebay have pulled out of ALL cashback type schemes- this is my main reason for usage with topcashback so i now rarely use, but wish i had more use for it.
it is good for insurance and large purchases if they are covered by topcashback---but i need ebay back! ps ebay i have stopped buying as much from you because of this!

Thanks. The site has lots of internet shopping sites I use anyway so going through you is ok. The one thing that could improve the experience is there are promises of cashback from some stores that actually when you buy have other terms and conditions apply that are not given to me on your or their site...then no cashback. This has happened a few times and I have adjusted my shopping habits depending on the amount you give...so unfair. The snap and save started off really good and now has gone a bit obscure for my shopping habits. But on the whole a great site. Thanks

Easy to use and plenty of choice
I have been using Topcashback for about 9 months. It's so easy to register and use, especially if you do a lot of internet shopping. The main drawback is to always remember to go through Topcashback. I receive, for example, daily emails from Wowcher and Hereforaday and sometimes buy from them. I tend to forget that if I went through Topcashback I would get even more of a bargain.
I recently booked a few days break in London and by using Topcashback got an even better deal.
I have already recommended the site to friends who are using it regularly.
When cashback is requested it only takes a couple of days for it to be paid directly into the bank.
