Tinydeal.com are crooks!

Tinydeal.com sold me a returned or used product as new. Tablet had scratches on screen, and no new product plastic on screen, plus had previous owners apps still installed in this tablet. Company told me to return product with no promise of credit through Paypal, etc. Contacted Paypal about Tinydeal.com but they were no help. Paypal use to be good, but isn't any longer. They don't help one reslove problems. Website is confusing, and they put you on long hold when you call them. Jsav.

Lousy customer service

Ordered the following: 4200mAh Power Bank Case Protective Case Hard Case Full Coverage Protection Shield Case For Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 MHC-199664 along with FEITENG) 5.0" Capacitive Touch MTK6589 4-Core Android 4.2.1 3G Smart Phone+ GPS+ 8.0MP CAM 1GB RAM 4GB ROM P07-H9500 . The power bank case would not fit so I contacted them to exchange it for another. They told me to give away as a gift. I will purchase my electronics from EBAY.COM FROM NOW ON. What JERKS. U.S. BUYERS BEWARE!!

TinyDeal, MegaScam: 7 months after order still no products or refund.

1. I've made my order in September 2013(!) and paid by PayPal (funds).
2. Up to this moment (7 months later) I still didn't receive any products (nor do I expect to in the future)
3. TinyDeal keeps ask me to "wait a few days" when I email them, promising me a refund when their "research is complete". This "research" is already taking over 6 MONTHS now.
4. About a month ago, someone at Tinydeal (nicknamed "Adam"...) promised me to proceed with the refund after the research in 10-15 days. This should have been on April 3rd.
5. Obviously, this didn't happen. When I sent a reminder about this they said (surprise...): "please wait a few more days". So I'm back to square one.
6. Of course I already tried to get a refund through PayPal, but that's already too late now. I suspect that's why TinyDeal keeps stalling and promising you "they're on it".
7. After sending over 30+ emails, I'm done. Their just a scam and don't follow up on promises. So avoid the hassle yourself and spread the word.

I bought ip-camera from Tinydeal.

The seller (tinydeal) promises to send the camera with a EU-plug.
Instead they send a UK plug together with a forbidden conversion plug that even doesn't stay on the UK-adapter...
It is illegal to use this convertor-plugs in Belgium (and rest of europe i suppose as well)
The seller doesn't help me on this.
Moreover, i opened a case with Paypal and the seller demands that i first close the dispute before they continue to help me.
If i read on the internet from other people, after closing the case i cannot open it anymore and the seller stops talking to the customers...
Long story short : Tinydeal didn't send me the promised correct adapter. Paypal didn't pay me back...

Tinydeal is a scam !

Tinydeal allways responds very nicely at first, and then NOTHING !!
They don't help the customer at all !
Don't buy there. There are much better shops with very good customerservice !!!

They want me te send back a 40€ worth device and pay 160€ for transport !
instead of sending me a 4 or 5 € worth correct EU-power-adapter as they promised to send me !!!
they promise but do nothing !

TinyDeal delivered a faulty product and tried to extort money

I got a faulty and absolute useless product. Customer support, rather than apologizing and offering a replacement or a full refund, asked me to pay additional 90% of the price for a replacement. I assume this was a scheme to extort more money without delivering a good product. Long correspondence resulted in nothing but absurd responses. NEVER buy anything from TinyDeal!

The response of the nameless person that responded on behalf of TinyDeal was another example of the FRAUDULENT CONDUCT of TinyDeal.

That person surely knew what “faulty and absolutely useless” meant.

That person could also read my lengthy correspondence with TinyDeal "Customer Support” and see the pictures that I sent.

That person definitely knew my order number and all other details.

That person surely could offer an apology and an immediate refund.

Yet, that person pretended to be clueless.

FAULTY means DEFECTIVE, DEAD-ON-ARRIVAL, OUT-OF-ORDER, DEFUNCT, KAPUT...

Its a clever scam site

They sell second-hand, used, faulty goods to westerners as brand new. They expect you to return the faulty goods to them after you discover its faulty. They then keep you hanging on for months waiting for a (Bogus) repair to be done, this is done to keep you from making a Paypal chargeback (You have 45 days to make a paypal complaint). After this time your returned goods will then be sent out to some other poor recipient and your money is stolen, the whole scam process then starts again. It really is quite a clever way of ripping people off. I bought 3 Tablets of them before christmas its now late feb, One of the tablets was retuned to them because it had no on/off button just an hole in the casing where the button should have been. The two that we kept have both broken down within a month. Absolute rubbish.
Please don't fall into the same trap that thousands of us have done so far .Don't send your money to Tinydeal it will be the last you see of it.
If you don't beleive me just Google " Tinydeal scam" and see how many people the've scammed already.

Scam

I bought item but it was broken. When I tried to get replacement, a lot of stupid mails come accross. Abot sending video of product, sendig extra money for replacement, checking bateries (like i'm idiot), asking same questions again and again. Purpose is delaying and giving up.

They are big scamers. They sell damaged goods!!!

Bad, very bad, thieves.

I bouht two fishing rolls for my friend in september 2013. Never arrived. They said that the Croatian customs returned the item but the tracking number said that this items never left china. I wanted to see the pictures of both packages but that was not possible because they allready unpacked them. Lame. Then they offered me to ship another two fo 8 us$. I accepted and never got invoice for that. Then i asked what happend and they offered me 35 td point for items worth 64,88 us$. That's 3,5 US$. Again lame. Today on 2nd February 2014. I insulted those thieves so hard that
even I couldn't beleive in the words I wrote. To be simple, I said that they ara plain thieves. I must add to this that I bought stuff for over 1000 US$, and they are behaving like it's my fault. I wrote similar review on some other site and after two days they conacted with this message: "Hi~This is TinyDeal. I saw your comment. Please provide your order number and we will try our best to solve your problem."
Suport over e-mail is horrible. Everytime the same. Postage is on them, bla, bla. I paid for tracking numer. And they wanted refund only 65 %, Now they want to refund only 35 US$ with TD points. I just wanted my money back. Six months. Thieves.

Whats up with negative reviews?

Hey I purchased an OBD II diagnostic tool for around 50 bucks from Tiny Deal Direct. Placed order on 17th of month and received order in perfect condition on the 2nd. Free shipping from Hong Kong in about 15 days...I'll take that any day. The hand held diagnostic tool came in great packaging and once opened the tool, software, connectors and booklet all came in a zippered nylon case. Does everything advertised and more! Everyone whom has seen or used it is amazed at the value. Happy Customer,

Terrible customer service, item lost you pay...

if you want to experience terrible customer service then shop at tiny deal, if your item is lost in transit you will you will not get any form of refund. Just diatribe, after diatribe, of 'wait', 'more time please' 'we will check at post office' . I get 3 months of this rubbish and nothing. save your money buy else where. you have been warned. .................. (Added 29/3/2014) What a joke ! the company response below is just spam. absolutely nothing has been refunded, Secondly a microSD i ordered did arrive but had someone else's android files on it, sent me 2nd hand goods. is there no end to this awful service.....

This review is not out of anger. I seriously tell you, TINYDEAL IS A SCAM SITE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

THIS IS LONG, BUT VERY INSTRUCTIVE. PLEASE READ IT BEFORE BUYING!
Everything started on 2013. September 13th. I had another 2 orders (both of them smartphones, total value appx. $320) from them. These orders were something different as it turned out after a couple of days. When I got the tracking numbers, they did not look like, they did before. I figured out, that the parcels were not given up at the Deutsche Post as always before (this was the free shipping option, and it worked very well for me), they were given up at China Post instead. The management, or administration forgot to inform their customers, that the free Deutsche Post shipping has changed to China Post, and Deutsche Post service became a taxed service (about $2-4 for one parcel).
The former 8-14 working days shipping time changed to 30 working days, and one of the parcels arrived. Time has gone by, and the other one didn't look like to arrive. I contacted them, by the time about 10 times, every time the same "solution": wait a few more days pls" or "wait another 2 weeks pls" blah-blah. I waited 3 months, just as a guy wrote it under my comment.
You must know (to fully understand my story with them), that I spent $1750 at Tinydeal, which is quite a lot of money as a single customer, I think. Additional information for this is, that their customer support (I mean both in e-mail and the live chat) is terribly unusable. If they can not answer (besides their English is equal to a newborn childs) to a question, then they keep telling the same irrelevant shit until the end of the chat, or the end of the customers patience. I AM a patient man, and I stand up for my rights, and my money.
So end of november came, and I started to think, that my money is lost in the ether. One evening, the usual evening's chinese-chat was different. The package has been sent back to them because of incorrect shipping address. They offered me to:
1.) resend the product with a new shipping method for free
2.) fully refund the items price in affiliate points, which I could use for purchasing on the site
3.) refund 90% of the money to my Paypal account
As every sane person, I wanted a full refund to my Paypal account, after 3 months of scamming. They said it's not possible because they had a shipping fee, and handling fee, which is 10% of the items price.
I made myself so angry, that I could barely control my words written to them. How could a big company be this MEAN, that after a never-arriving parcel, (which was their mistake) they only offer me 90% of my original money sum? Why am I the one, who should pay the shipping fee, and some trumped handling fee? As every normal webshop, it should be their responsibility, to deal with their own mistakes, but no, they devolved that to the customer. My only choice was the affiliate points thing. I decided to make one last order, with which I could use up all my points, and leave TD forever. There gave no customers for me, whom I could buy anything, so the points were still on my account on December 20th.
I didn't really know, what to do. I tried speaking with the support again. After several tries a guy named "Sam" told me, that he'll talk to his manager to redirect my affiliate points to my Paypal account. This was my big possibility, to finally have my points in real money. Of course there were no money, because I received no e-mail, as promised.
I pulled myself together for one last attack. This was my so-called victory. I swore them to God, I will write this review, and post it everywhere I can, if they don't give me back my points in real money in 3 days. I had spoken with 4, repeat FOUR, support representatives in ONE chat session, because they couldn't do anything with me. One sent me to another from time to time. I wrote down my problem and my intimidation 4 times until it worked. Finally I was in charge. They also tried to bargain me (,, how about refund you 95%?"...), but I told them, they have 3 days, including 2 holidays. Even I didn't think it is possible, but this was the "only way". I didn't believe my eyes, when on the third day (Monday) SOME money was there, on my account. Thing is, even this way they only refunded about 95%. Now comes some instructive information again:
- A refund is available only for 60 days. After that it is considered as a simple money transfer between Paypal accounts. At these transfers the sender has the possibility to decide who has to pay the transaction taxes, which are 3.4% of the price + 90 HUF (equal to appx. $0.40). They decided, I should pay it, as all of this was my fault. This costed me $8.06. This is, where we stand now. After this I tried getting back that few dollars, but I couldn't. Not for that $8.06, I wouldn't die for it. Just to take everything back, and "be victorius over TinyDeal".
INSTRUCTIONS IF BUYING FROM TINYDEAL:
- Do not buy from them.
- Do not be afraid to use hard words. Feel free to do it, they are just a bunch of scumbag, I tell you.
- Do not make the same mistake, I did. INVOLVE PAYPAL until your 45 days are gone. If the order isn't older than 45 days, then Paypal will cover your back. Starting date is the payment transactions exact date.
SHORTLY - WHY DONT BUY FROM THEM:
- Customer support is truly unusable both via e-mail, and via online chat (and I mean this)
- They are far the most mean chinese company I've ever met. They only bring down the reputation of other chinese sites.
- Be prepared not to get back your money 1.) for months 2.) ever

Every word of my review is true. I swear, this is the worst bunch chinese guys, I've ever met. If you want good for yourself, you WILL NOT BUY from them. Buy from whereever you want, but save your money, and sanity, and DO NOT BUY FROM TINYDEAL.

I try to write a review on they site, but (Sorry, but you only can make review on this product after purchasing it.) comes up. what's that mean? that means they never shipped my stuff!
This was my worse shopping experience ever the only one. I never having this problem with other site! TINYDEAL IS ONE BIG FRAUD COMPANY!

Wenn es um billig geht, dann zu TinyDeal

Ich habe schon mehrfach bei TinyDeal bestellt, und es kam fast immer.

Bei zwei Bestellungen kam der Artikel nicht und ich habe im Kundenservice nachgefragt. Sie würden an den Postamt schreiben es schneller zu versenden. Nach paar Wochen kam es.
Ich werde weiterhin bei TinyDeal bestellen trotz schlechter Bewertung.

Давно присматривался к китайским интернет-магазинам, которые предлагают дешевые товары и бесплатную доставку. Решился-таки купить в одном из таких онлайн-магазинов, http://www.tinydeal.com/ru, видеорегистратор. Многие советуют платить через PayPal, но поскольку я с этой системой не знаком, заплатил через WebMoney. Спустя 3 дня после оплаты в личном кабинете появилась надпись, что товар отправлен…
Через 21 день с почты пришло извещение о заказном письме – вот оно! Забрал, упаковано было не очень аккуратно, но в большое количество целлофана, что бы содержимое не повредилось.

Вывод, качество сборки регистратора не плохое, он не глючит, но вот изображение не ахти. Во всяком случае, за эти деньги найти аналогов в нашей стране практически не реально, так что его стоимость скрашивает все недостатки.

Tinydeal.com Вполне хороший магазин. Сервис на высшем уровне. Интерфейс русский, использует различные платёжные системы, служба поддержки готова консультировать даже за такие мелочи как карт ридер за 1$. Доставка в среднем 1 месяц, разумеется бесплатная. Большое наименование товаров. Беру в основном у них всякую мелочь: MP3 плеер, наушники, карт ридер, часы. Шлют исправно. Ради интереса купил у них самый дешевый MP3 плеер за 120 рублей. Я удивляюсь на этих китайцев как можно за эти деньги сделать такую комплектацию: блок зарядки, провод USB, наушники ну и сам плеер в металлическом корпусе. Конечно на Бренд в стиле которого он сделан плеер не похож ну развес расстояния 100 метров и то если без бинокля смотреть. Но по качеству претензий нет все чётко. А если купить нормальные наушники к нему рублей за 75 у них же и флешка на 8 гигобайт то вообще получится завидный гаджет. Любителям китайских поделок( именно поделок) советую посетить.

TinyDeal is stealing its customers' money

Don't even think about dealing with this web site, unless you want to do some charity for a Chinese store.

On October 24, 2013 I informed TinyDeal that my order, which was sent on September 6, did not arrive. I asked them to investigate the status of my order at that time, but instead of getting in touch with the post office, they instructed me to wait for another 2 weeks.

Then, in 2 weeks, I had to remind TinyDeal yet again that my order did not arrive and insist that they start investigating its status.

Now, 3 months (!) after the order was shipped, thet told me know that the order was returned as the addressee was unkown.

Meanwhile, my name and address indicated in the order were correct, and there was no reason (on my part) due to which the order could not be delivered. I live in the very center of the city, only about a 5-minute walk from the central post office, and the address can be located by any resident here without consuting a map. Moreover, during the past few months I have successfully received several other orders from China.

Furthermore, I have not received any proof of order being sent to me from TinyDeal and they have not requested me at any point of time to get in touch with the post office to clarify if the order is waiting for me at the post sorting center. They have not even requested for my phone number to give it to the post service so that they can call me if they had any problems with the address.

Now, TinyDeal is suggesting me to pay 30% of the parcel's price to have the order sent to me again, or to return me 65% of the order's price with the deductions made by the bank, though it is TinyDeal who failed to interact with the the post office to ensure the delivery of the order. I've sent them several email so far to resolve the situation, but the answer remains the same: we are happy to assist you, but we will not return you your money.

Bought two phones, both do not function.. ten months later i still don't have anything.. They just keep asking for more and more money... Please people do not buy phones at Tinydeal...

НАГЛАЯ ОНЛАЙН ПОДЕРЖКА КОТОРАЯ ВРЕТ ПОСТОЯНО!!!

Первый раз заказал год назад телефон Zopo zp300 заплатил за него 200 доларов. Это был мой первый заказ с китайских интернет магазинов.Так вот телефон пришол бэушный . так как гнездо для кабеля зарядки и юзб был потертый видать его зарежали многовато, телефон проработал ровно месяц так как слетела прошивка, а перепрошить невозвожно было так как контролер юсби входа был испорчен. Отдал в ремонт там мне дали ответ что телефон был в ремонте до етого я мастеру обьеснял что он новый месяц отроду он улыбнулся и сказал китайшина. Вывод телефон сломался его починили и отправели лоху в кишинев. С планшетом тоже были проблемы пока не продал на запчясти.Теперь покупаю на PANDAWILL телефон и планшет радую своей работой вот уже пол года никаких проблем!!!
