They got on with the job straight away.

Items as requested arrived in a couple of days. I thought that the postage at the initial ordering was a bit high but I paid it anyway because I needed the items which I could not find in 2 well known department stores. They e-mailed me 2 days later saying that because the package was small they had overcharged me the postage, and kindly re-imbursed me. I thought that that was a decent thing to do, and I was a bit surprised.

Pole for 4 bend bay

I spent ages looking for a reasonably priced good looking pole for our main sitting room. I came across this company and after supplying the measurements an ideal pole was delivered, exactly to specifications. Easy to fit and looks great - also very speedy service.

Very impressive service - poles apart.

The web site was easy to follow - even for me - the delivery was amazing - ordered by 10am and delivered by 12 noon the following day. Everything was going well until one of the brackets refused to tighten up properly - I may need to have a new bracket delivered if the problem cannot be sorted. All in all the poles look nice but I wouldn't go for an extendable one in the future, however, I feel they are good value for the money.

I have used the Poles Company twice. The first was for poles for three windows in the same room, one was a bay window. I input my measurements and received helpful reply and suggestions. Recently I have purchased two poles for another room. They came the next working day. I would use the company again if I need any more curtain fixings.

Wow these guys are really great

I ordered from this site because of the great reviews, and they were not wrong. I'd accidentally ordered the wrong size curtain rings with the pole and they called me to double check. Most companies would have just sent them anyway and left me with the problem of sending them back. The guy was really helpful and couldn't do enough. The poles arrived the next day. Great service and really impressed - a breath of fresh air.

Excellent selction of products with prompt despatch of order.

There is a good selecion of different sized rails available on the website and I was having difficulty finding the size needed in local shops. The items ordered were correctly described and reasonably priced. Delivery was ahead of the specified date and the goods were well packed to avoid damage in transit.

Very pleased that the items I ordered were available as I know that this particular rail isn't commonly sold these days and replacement parts are not easily obtained from local shops. In my opinion (having had this rail for 30+ years) it is the neatest and strongest curtain rail as it fits neatly upto the ceiling and there is no gap above that can be seen from outside.

Really good quality poles, was really impressed.

I was going to buy some curtain poles from Laura Ashley, The order time with LA was 9 days and I had to collect from the shop, then saw the price "shock" decided then to look on the net.
Came across this pole company and ordered, they came stright away, perfect size and the quality is 100%, the same as LA.
The Pole Company is a fraction of the price, I got a bargin and so pleased in the process.. Im a happy bunny :-)

Great information online, great product and quick delivery

I really appreciated the level of detail on the website. Not only was there a lot of relevant information relating to bay window curtain poles, but being able to review the product's installation instructions before purchasing was invaluable. The product itself is great: the bendable poles work really well and allow quite a lot of re-working to get the curves right, the brackets allow for wall and ceiling mounting and there are more than enough curtain rings in the packet for the length of pole.

Pole position when it comes to customer service!

This company certainly deserves a 5 star review.
So far I have bought 3 extra long steel curtain poles and 1 extra long curtain track.
I ordered the Swish Curzon steel poles as I needed long poles that could support the weight of heavy curtains. Although I was very dubious about buying poles online, each transaction with The Poles Company as been smooth and the prompt deliveries have been much appreciated.
I had to contact the company on a couple of occasions and it was nice to get a straight forward professional reply within 24hrs.

And no!!....I do not have shares in this company!
I am just happy with the service they offer and the quality of the poles/track I have bought.

Returns policy ignored

I contacted this company immediately I received my order saying I wanted to cancel it. Although I had ordered a standard length of curtain track I was told that I could not return it and have a full refund. This, in spite of their Returns Policy saying there is a 'Right to cancel within 7 working days (after goods delivered)' and get a full refund'

Just what we were looking for arrived quickly and was well packed, in place and working well very pleased with the whole experience.

Extremely helpful and flexible servcie

Whilst i like using the internet for researching products I still like to ring and speak to a person before placing an order. The member of staff at the Poles company was extremely helpful both before placing my order and afterwards when I asked to exchange the finials following a wrong deceion on my part. All was done speedily and without any cost to myself. Many thanks indeed.

Great service, terrible product

The pole was extremely difficult to bend to fit the bay window. The instructions were followed precisely but we still ended up with a warped and twisted poor excuse for a curtain pole. This product is not for the faint hearted!
