My concern was about not receiving e-mails and as they proved to me from their outstanding administration, the mail was sent. Within 2 minutes they resent it and I could proceed. Very impressive!
Two hours into tech support Jan was there right from the beggining, trouble shooting everything. Getting down to the problem and found a solution. Unbelievable service!!!.... After getting disconnected several times from the chat program they actually called me from overseas to do a remote control help with my issue and solved what I couldn't do in hours within minutes. I couldn't be more pleased!

I've been using live support for a while. I am working with a lot of differenent company's but SECPOINT really has it going. Remote support, login, changes, fixes, requests... it does not matter. They'll follow up. Need something done? A new release, made especially for you, is sitting NBD right there.

SecPoint offers superior software with support that was simply un expected. I had a few issues, i had a Staff member help me out and they stayed with me for about 2 hrs until all of my issues were fixed. REALLY un expected. friendly down to earth staff. i thought all of these reviews were fake but damn i was wrong!
Many companies mention it has 24/7 technical support. SecPoint take it to another dimension with their excellent timely and long hours Internet conference until all upgrades and training is performed.
This is not a simple review for SecPoint, it’s an honest opinion since I’ve been dealing with many security companies and for the first time I see a company with a an reliable security product and follow up with their clients this way to make sure all the prerequisites is accomplished for their product to work one hundred percent.

I gain alot,even as a result of not been a professional. The technician who support me during my installation was among the best technician I can easily reach for next time.
I am extremely pleased with the service I have received especially with the online Technical support. I had a difficult time trying to update the firmware and tech support in a matter of minutes pin pointed the problem that was preventing me from updating firmware. I am now correcting the problem.
