did not receive my order, customer service is nonexistent

Do not order from this website. I ordered products over a month ago and have not received them. I have called US customer service three times and have emailed SEVEN times. I have only heard back one time and they said they would look into it and contact me the next day. They have not contacted me again. That was a week ago. Effffffdd!!!

This company has terrible customer service, don't answer emails, and when you call, they talk down to you.

Best Place for Body Jewelry

I have been ordering from this site for at least 3 years now. The items are 70-95% less than mall prices, and well made. I love that they carry the tiny nose studs and I have always gotten my shipments in good time. Best piercing site ever!
