Superb value, superb customer service
Ok, so it doesn't have the largest range of bits online, but what it does have is a solid range or the most popular kits, including FW stuff, all at very fair and reasonable prices.
The customer service is spot on, bought stuff several times and never had a problem.
Model Bits is, without doubt, my first port of call whenever I'm looking for bits for a modelling project.

Goes above and beyond...
I accidentally ordered a load of bits from Matt to a incorrect address. After excellent communication Matt actually refunded me even though the fault was mine.
Then all the bits I now needed in a new order were available. I ordered, received regular updates and finally received my well packaged goods.
Do not hesitate. The best model bits company I've used.

Not great
Placed my order, paid for it via PayPal and had my items delivered quickly. That's the good part.
The bad part is that 2 out of 10 items was broken and atleast one of them was broken before it got sent. I know this because the broke off chunk was not in the package.
At first contact with Matt everything seemed fine and I was expecting replacements. After that initial mail the seller went silent and its been 20 days now. I'm forced to have Paypal solve this for me, which is sad.

Great, only one drawback
Order received a lot quicker than suggested, the one drawback was that I was 2 shoulderpads short. Due to the small cost involved am not worried at all, great service none the less.

Great service yet again!
The parts I ordered were all delivered, and the service was very quick, which I am pleased about. Seems there are lots of 40k related sites with slow service, so it was good to see this was done quickly! The parts I wanted were in stock and cheap compared to some other bits sites I searched on. Pleasure doing business with you, I will very likely use the website again!

The bitz you need at nice price!
Had just what I needed at a fair price. No buying extra stuff just to get one piece you need. Shipping was reasonably priced and arrived on time, even when being sent across the pond. Parts were very high quality too! Will shop again for sure.

One of the best bitz sellers there are.
Model Bitz is one of the first sites I check when I need to order bitz. Matt is quick to fulfill orders and if there are issues he is quick to fix them. My only complaint is the slow and limited restocking.

I'm so sorry about the limited restocks but reliable suppliers are few and far between. I've got so much on order that hasn't arrived yet but hopefully some of it will be here by the end of the week; thanks for your positive review :)

Best place to get your bits !
If you like converting or need to complement the bits you get from buying regular sprues, just go there.
Impressive and comprehensive catalogue (biggest I've seen in the industry), including FineCast and ForgeWorld.
Prices are real fair, it's huge plus. Unlike other merchants who charge insane prices for bits on high demand (like $12 for Chaos Lord Lightning Claws).
Stock is the only issue I could think off. But it's the same with every bits merchant, and Matt is on the high end of market practices for this.

Model Bits has the pleasure to be the first "bits store" I've personally used. And I've been a returning customer many times after that. Model Bits offer quality service: shipping is fast, orders contain everything you've ordered, the "bits" selection is good etc. Pictures on the site are high quality and the prices are among the best with other bits stores.
A little disappointment is that Warhammer Fantasy bits ranges are restocked and updated really rarely. But I understand that they don't sell as good as the 40K stuff.

Attention to detail required
Great service in terms of speed of delivery. Sometimes i wish you would take care taking items off the sprue as detail can be lost by cutting too close to the bitz. I'd rather you left a bit of sprue attached and leave it down to me to cut it correctly

The site exudes an air of professionalism and a true understanding of what a model maker wants from such a resource. It's well laid out, uncluttered, fairly priced and the delivery is well packaged as well as lightning fast. Only criticism? It's clearly so popular that 'in demand' bits disappear in an instant...more restocks please!
