Took a while to receive the server, which I had to chase but that's not a big deal. The item arrived was a grey import, I had specified that I only wanted a UK model during the order process. I informed that I wanted to return the unused item a few days after delivery. Within the distance sellers act period. They ignored my emails and did not reply, phone calls went unanswered.
Determined to get through I left the phone ringing for minutes and eventually some one picked up and told me they were aware of my issues and the sales director had to approve my return on Friday, which didn't happen. Further emails have gone unanswered.
So currently I am stuck wondering if I risk returning the product to their registered company address.
I made a purchase from this company solely because of their next day delivery statement (the product was cheaper elsewhere). When the product still hadn't been delivered three days later (including a weekend) I called. The response was "we haven't even processed it yet" with no attempt to even apologise. I enquired why and that their contract was to deliver on a next day basis and was told "We were busy Friday". Again no apology. When I pointed out that I had ordered from them based on their delivery statement I was told they would see what they could do to process it that day. They did then post the product out that day and it arrived the next day. I paid about £5 extra in terms of product cost, attributable to the postage costs, by using this company which is painful seeing as it arrived four days after ordering and only then because I had rung up to complain. I am sure I am contractually entitled to request a refund for the postage costs but to be honest their attitude means I can't face interacting with them again. Disappointing customer service
I bought a lamp for the Sony TV for £73.86 not knowing that it would last for up to six months. When i had phoned up the company and asked "why doesn't the website state that the lamp would only last for up to six months?" He replied rudely, " that's the way it goes." -____________- so if you like WASTING MONEY....then buy from here.
They delivered the wrong item, and then after a lot of pursuasion eventually arranged for the item to be collected from me. Then no refund was forthcoming. Eventually I had to arrange for my bank to provide me with a refund via Chargeback. I will not be dealing with this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone. When speaking to them on the phone they were evasive and rude and certainly do not understand how to provide basic customer service.
Ordered a new projection lamp online after finding this company via a Google search.
Item : * Was in stock (Bonus!) * Easy to order (Another Bonus!) * Great price (cheapest I found anywhere, including eBay!) - (Super Bonus!) * Let me pay via Paypal (Safety Bonus!) * Arrived next day as promised (Brillaint Bonus!) * Minimal direct contact on the phone - but was pleased they asked my name; giving me the confidence they were going to watch out for my order (Another Bonus!)
All in all then, 10/10 and lots of bonus points awarded lol - WILL use them next time I have a TV issue :o)
Tv projection lamp blew Wednesday night, ordered new one Thursday morning, new one arrived Friday morning. Took minutes to change due to being a replica of original. Don't bother shopping around just use these people !!! Price PERFECT Company PERFECT Delivery PERFECT
Our Sony TV 'popped' Monday night, I found out it was something that we could repair ourselves (shockingly!), so searched around for a replacement lamp and found Digital Fusion sold the lamp for a very reasonable price. Ordered with next day delivery on the Tuesday and received the lamp today (Wednesday) at 12.45pm. The lamp was exactly what I ordered and fitted perfectly straightaway, so we now have a fully working TV again - Thank you Digital Fusion, excellent service, excellent price - would recommend to anyone :-)
we bought a tv bulb in august which kept turning of, possibly overheating, in feb, we phoned up and spoke to manny at digital fushion who said return the bulb and they would send a replacement, this was done on a thursday and we had the new bulb on saturday, really pleased with the service from these guys
Ordered printer 6am Thursday, next day delivery. Got order confirmation email. Email has no details of delivery, no tracking number, company, nothing. Next day waited in for delivery until 1pm then decided to ring up to see if they could track it. Woman who answered had no details on my order and it didnt exist in their system. Told I would be called back once she'd checked further. No call back. Rang them and was put through to one of their "experts" who told me they had cancelled my order because they had no stock and sent me an email on thursday to explain this. Obviously no email was received and they gave me no apology for wasting half of my day. Cowboys.
And for the record, cowboy firms that say they will call you back and don't really winds me up.
Ordered a lamp for projector tv best price I could find anywhere. Very impressed how helpfull they were when I called. Ordered yesterday and received this morning. Now have a working tv again very happy customer. I would highly recommend. :)
