Amazing results that exceeded my expectations!
Brilliance helped me to design a custom engagement and wedding ring, pick a diamond all well within my budget. I would not have been able to afford the same designer ring from a retail store. The result was an amazing set that exceeded my expectations! Because it was a custom set it did take a bit of time to create, but the results and the price made the wait well worth it.

From skeptic to huge fan!
My buddy recommended Brilliance after he bought a loose diamond from them to use on his girlfriend's engagement ring. I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend as well, but had never bought any expensive jewelry, much less a diamond. I was very skeptic about purchasing a diamond over the internet, but all my fears were quickly put to rest once I visited the website. Brilliance had anything and everything I needed to educate myself about the different aspects and qualities of a diamond, and their customer service was great! With their help I found the perfect diamond and my fiancé gets complimented all the time about how gorgeous her ring is. Once it's time to buy her band, you better believe I'll be going to Brilliance again.

Great customer service and great product at a surprisingly good price!
I was originally just looking for wholesale loose diamonds, but when I found that they could also make custom rings I got really excited. I was skeptical or buying a ring online without seeing it first, but after reading reviews and talking to a representative, all my worries were put to rest. They worked with me to get the right stone, and to get the ring looking just how I wanted. The renderings they send you look exactly like the ring will look! The final product was amazing! She loved it, all of her friends loved it, even her father joked that I was trying to make him look bad!

Beautiful rings, great customer service
I recently ordered wedding bands for me and my wife from Brilliance.com and would highly recommend ordering from them. Their selection is terrific and wide-ranging, to suit any number of tastes (and budgets). We absolutely loved the rings that we ordered. However I'd say the best part of ordering from Brilliance was the excellent customer service that we received. We had several email exchanges with representatives with various questions that we had about sizing and designs; the responses and recommendations that we received were helpful and insightful as we narrowed down our search for the perfect pair of bands. I will definitely do business with them again.

Two beautiful diamonds, one awsome ring!
My 20th anniversary is coming up so I wanted to get something special for my wife. The diamond I gave her initially was a .50 carat, G color, SI1. Very nice, but wanted more. I spent nearly a year learning everything I could about diamonds, and then decided to go for it. Without question, Brilliance was the easiest site to use, and had the widest selection I could find. I also was set on GIA certifications, nothing less.
Being a skeptic, I decided to order a second .50 carat, G color, SI1 diamond from them. This would become the second of two outer stones on my wife's new 3 stone ring. Brilliance delivered an almost perfect match, at a fair price, and when they said they would.
Now for the big dive. I was happy with the first stone, so spent about another month looking for the perfect center stone. There it was. A perfect E color, VS1, and at a price I could afford. Again, Brilliance came through as promised.
Next step, getting the ring built. This piece I can credit Brilliance for, but the stones they spld me are awsome! My wife now has her dream ring, and with the pricing from Brilliance the ring appraised for 30% more than I have invested. Now that's a great investment, and my wife is veryy happy to boot.
Next time I am in the market for a diamond there will be only one stop for me, Brilliance.com. Their product and staff top notch, you should stop looking now and go to Brilliance.com!

Great Experience
Had some hesitations about ordering a diamond online without ever seeing it, but I was very happy and impressed with Brilliance!! The customer service was excellent and I would recommend this website to anybody and everybody who would listen!! Oh and the diamond was gorgeous and about $2500 cheaper than it was in the jewelry store!

I ordered the wrong diamond (my own fault), Brilliance Customer Service has Great!
After ordering the diamond I thought my wife wanted, she changed her mind. Brilliance Customer Service was very responsive and took back the wrong one and sent out the correct one. They were very easy to work with and very helpfully. I would buy from them again.

Excellent Online Option If Time Is Not An Issue (3.5 stars)
The Brilliance website provides a easy-to-use interface for searching for settings and stones for relatively cheap prices as compared to other online options. After going into a store with my fiancee to figure out what type of setting she liked, we searched on the brilliance website and found a setting which matched what she was looking for for a significantly cheaper price. I took the effort of finding the perfect diamond for her. I'll summarize the pros and the cons of my experience:
Pros
- It's very easy to do price comparison with online shopping. It's sometimes even possible to find the same diamond for sale on other websites based on noticing them reference the same grading report
- You don't feel pressured to make a purchase like when you're at a store. Also, you can take all the time you need with online shopping.
Cons
- You can't look at the diamond physically, and you have to rely on the visual interpretation of the stone (which can be 3rd party if the description was given to the Brilliance rep from the dealer)
- Returns can take some time and you have a 30 day window
For the first diamond I ordered, I was told it was eye clean. Granted, I was taking a chance with an EGL SI2, but I was told by the rep that "it looks very nice and I cannot see any inclusions." I also received a fuzzy photo of the stone (not a detailed one like that are on some websites with pictures of stones). Unfortunately, when I received the diamond in person, within 3 seconds I saw a very noticeable inclusion directly under the table. So, I had to return the diamond and pay for shipping insurance which came to about $30. The cost wasn't a big deal, but the process took some time for me to return the ring and get a new stone (with the same setting).
I made the purchase on Jan 2, and the order was returned on Jan 28th (after returning the ring the next day!). So, that's 26 days later with a 30 day window allowed for returns! Phew!! Due to the lengthy return processing time, I had to purchase another setting + diamond prior to receiving my credit for the return.
I purchased a smaller diamond that was GIA certified (SI1) with no problems, but the return process was slightly frustrating, considering I had a proposal planned, which I had to push back. Also, for some reason, there was an error putting the credit back to my credit card. After a week after I was promised the credit back on the card for the return, but I still didn't see anything, so I called Brilliance back. After talking to the CEO, he verified I would see it within the next couple of days. He seemed like he was genuinely willing to help me, and it was an issue that he would take care of; however, ultimately, I didn't get the credit back on my card until a month after the return had been processed!
So, in summary, I think Brilliance has an excellent selection of settings, and good interface for finding the perfect diamond; however, the 30-day return policy makes the window for return slightly tight. Some other sites allow for a 60-day return policy which would've been nice. I wish I could've gotten a more accurate picture of the diamond and I have to disagree with the first stone as being considered eye clean. The return was a slightly hair raising, and I had to temporarily fund the purchase of 2 diamond rings. The credit took almost two months to appear back on my card from when I made the order, even though I returned the first ring the day after I received it. Ultimately, however, I think I got a great ring with a great price with the second order.
So, overall, my rating is 3.5 stars out of 5 (which I rounded up to 4 stars).

Beautiful Ring. Excellent Service!
I was nervous when I first considered buying a ring on-line. So, I investigated Brilliance thoroughly before I decided to move forward. They had great reviews for service and excellent feedback on value. My fiance and I had found a ring in a local jewelry store which she loved. I am cost conscious, which I understand should not be the case when shopping for a wedding ring. But, I always look, always shop around. After a thorough investigation of the site, I decided to continue the purchase through Brilliance. I initially spoke with a customer service rep, who directed me to a number of diamonds, in my price range, that would be suitable for the setting I had chosen. Then, after the purchase, they followed through on delivery. And, after the ring was delivered, they asked me if I was happy with my purchase, an actual inquiry, not an automated survey or computerized feedback response. From start to finish, I felt that they truly valued me as a customer, which I found to be extremely refreshing. I recommend Brilliance to anyone who is value conscious, wants great customer service, and enjoys feeling appreciated as a customer.

Very efficient and professional
Definitely go with Brilliance when purchasing loose diamonds. After comparing several other companies, some popularly known and some not, we didnt have any problems settling on getting what we wanted from Brilliance. The choice is amazing and the prices elsewhere for what we wanted didn't come close to the price offered by Brilliance. After we purchased our diamond, we had it appraised for insurance purposes and our appraiser couldn't believe what we paid for it for its quality. We are very happy and impressed with Brilliance. Using the site when purchasing was very simple and delivery was very efficient. 5 stars! :D

Trust Brilliance to build a custom ring you'll both love for its BEAUTY and its VALUE!!
I've run the full gamut with Brilliance and received superb service at each step. I started out with a large stone engagement ring that had a little too much fluorescence. So I returned it and accepted help the second time selecting a GIA stone. Same thing with the wedding band. We decided we liked fewer larger stones rather than more and smaller. So again, we returned her band and had a new custom band designed and delivered in 3 weeks against the deadline of the wedding. I found a band at Costco for my ring which Brilliance created for me in palladium at basically the same price I would have paid for white gold.
I can't say enough about the level of customer service we received, as well as the value and beauty of the products we received. You get the personal attention of a hometown jewelry store without the hard sell of a chain at a price that blows either one out of the water.

Lived up to expectation/reputation
Last summer, I was in a wedding and the groom had used brilliance.com to create the ring for his bride. He recommended it to me and when it came time to start thinking about buying a ring for my girl, the first place I went to was brilliance.com. I used the chat option available on the website and afterwards I was sold on the work they did. I went with brilliance.com for my custom engagement ring and wedding band, the couldn't be happier with the final product. Correspondence throughout the design process was incredible fast and made me very confident that I chose the right company. Custom designed engagement ring, in high quality and delivery in less than a month!
I ordered a custom designed engagement ring at brilliance.com. After I sent my sketches (and I am really not a designer) to the brilliance team, they immediately started to send me computer designed models. A few changes were necessary, but after 2 weeks the final sketch was ready.
I payed my ring per paypal, which is great due to the safety. In the remaining 2 week the brilliance team processed my order, so that the ring could arrive on time. My price range was between 1,000 and 2,000 $ and brilliance.com met it with a ring of 1,600 $ including small diamonds.
I am totally satiesfied. Great communication, super price and fast delivery.

A spectacular surprise!
For our 10th anniversary, I wanted to surprise my wife with a re-set engagement ring. I was never really happy with the ring I had picked out so long ago. I had been searching stores and the web for something unique, but everything seemed to be more of the same. A co-worker of mine steered me toward Brilliance, and I immediately found what I had been looking for. The detailing on the antique ring was beautiful and flawless. I couldn't order it fast enough.
Customer service was great! The production manager responded soon after ordering just to touch base and clarify what I wanted.
The ring arrived just as it was pictured, and my wife loved it!

A beautiful stone at a price that can't be beat.
After doing much local shopping. I was disappointed to find what it seamed I could afford. After doing some research online I learned much more about diamonds and the many ways they are graded. When I finally found Brilliance I was surprised to find the shear number of options. When I begun comparing the few graded stones I was shown in person I couldn't believe how much more I could suddenly "afford". Like anyone I was hesitant to buy online however both my fiancé and I couldn't be happier. She never expected what I was able to put on her finger after our local shopping experience.

Customer service beyond expectations
At first I was unsure about buying a diamond before seeing it, but the help I received from Anthony, my Brilliance.com customer service agent and diamond expert, made me confident in Brilliance from the start. He guided me through the diamond-selection process for my fiancee's engagement ring, warning me against some of my initial choices and helping me find a better stone without trying to upsell.
I had done a lot of research about diamonds before making the first call, but learned far more from talking with him. For a few weeks, he helped me find the right center stone and I was always impressed by how prompt and courteous he was. There were a few occasions when I would send an email at 8pm and receive a reply within minutes, often getting on the phone to discuss the pros and cons of the pieces I was looking at.
The ring required some customization but was completed within the time that was promised, and when I received it, I took it to a trusted local jeweler who confirmed I had gotten a good deal. Even after getting the ring, before proposing, I shopped around locally just to be sure, and couldn't find anything that compared for the price in retail locations.
I would highly recommend Brilliance to anyone shopping for jewelry.

"I'm actually a jeweler who purchases loose diamonds to set into my rings to sell. I've had multiple purchases with Brilliance, since their prices are quite great. Although not quite "wholesale" as advertised (I can still get them at lesser-prices via true wholesale vendors who ONLY sell to wholesalers like jewelers), they're still pretty darn close! And I'm willing to pay that bit extra since Brilliance offers an enormous database of diamonds from all over the world. The selection is better than offered through my vendors, since I'm able to see them all laid out before me, with prices in plain view. Comparing is easy, and their shipping is even easier. we will be going back to Brilliance for our wedding bands- trustworthy and personable
My fiance proposed in November with a beautiful CZ ring in Cabo, and he wanted the both of us to design and pick out a ring when we got home. It was overwhelming at first, especially because we visited the retail stores and were met with some places that would take our information and never call or email back, or other places where it felt pressured, and we could never get a pulse point on whether or not we were getting a really good deal. It was important for him that I absolutely loved the ring, and it was equally important for me to have my fiance feeling like he got a great deal on a great ring. Can you tell we are also a frugal couple?
Our search was over at long last when we heard about Brilliance through a co-worker of my aunt's who had purchased a 2ct brilliant round cut at a great price. This co-worker was the type of guy that did months of research, so I knew immediately it was a reputable place. I was forwarded immediately to Jacqueline at my first request to looking at a GIA report. From there, Jacqueline never hesitated to get back to me, sometimes within minutes of my email. Besides her knowledge, what I liked and appreciated the most was her hospitality, and she was very personable so it didn't feel like a business transaction. That was important to us, because we trusted her.
After much going back and forth, and at one point taking a break from looking at rings, we finally found the perfect one, a 2ct brilliant radiant diamond to be set with trapezoid side stones. I should also mention that I actually found the stone on another website, but I wanted to go through Jacqueline because I liked working with her. Sure enough, she said that was no problem and took care of my request, even when the stone I found was on another website. Rachel designed a custom ring for us, and more than answered all the questions I had, and hesitations ( I had a lot). They understand that their clients need to be reassured, especially since from point A to Z you don't get a chance to physically look at it, and do a great job of reassuring you, and Rachel never rushed me or made me feel bad for asking so many questions. So patient! Tracy was great as well coordinating all the financial paperwork and making sure it was secure and safe.
Finally- getting the ring. It was so nerve-wracking and I called a couple times to ask about the status, afraid that I would miss the shipment or some other paranoid reason. I was pleasantly pleased to receive the ring in time for an event that weekend, which they weren't sure if they would be able to promise the delivery in time. I appreciated that they did all they could for me, and I did get it sooner than expected. I haven't taken it off since. :) I've had more than a few comments about the ring, and some commenting that they've never seen a ring sparkle that much before. We are thrilled and my breath is still taken away every time I look at our gorgeous ring.
Overall, I would of course recommend this place, and so much so that I'm planning on purchasing my fiance's band, and custom designing wedding band(s) through Brilliance, and with Jacqueline and team. Notice how I said bands, hehe, I drank the kool-aid and can't wait to put more sparkle on my already sparkling hand!

Excellent product and services!
Briefly explain this, I did 3 months of research on diamonds, searching for the best price for high quality diamonds. I end up purchasing from Brilliance and compare my diamond to a typical jeweler, I saved around $1,000 - $1,500. Just compare their price online to a jeweler then you'll know. And its GIA or AGS certified, not EGL.

Excellent Selection and Price
I purchased a single loose diamond for a custom engagement ring from Brilliance.com. There pricing was fantastic (less than 50% of local jeweler's in my area), and I was able to find the exact specification of the 4 C's I wanted. I especially like that they show the ideal/super ideal cut specs in addition to the GIA spec making it easy to compare all facets of a diamond when making a purchase.

Very easy to find, select, and order what I wanted.
I was able to find what I was looking for with much ease & without the pressure of sales people. This was my first purchase & I was skeptical, but when I got the diamond, to my surprise, it was more beautiful than I expected. When I took it to the jeweler to mount the loose diamond onto the ring, he said that the quality was just what the diamond was described as. It matched the description documented as I ordered it. AMAZING
Brilliance.com beat the price of every jeweler I went to in NY including a family jeweler and the famed NY Diamond District. I gave the ring to my fiance yesterday and she can't keep talking about how "sparkly" it is.
The people at Brilliance were very helpful throughout the process, and made many recommendations based on my budget.

No Hassle easy process.
No hassle easy way to buy a diamond if you do your homework first. I recommend a US certified diamond. Only problem was a prong holding the diamond was slightly bent, easy fix but had me worried. Everything else was a smooth as could be.

I purchased an engagement ring. Anthony was my rep. I had very specific requirements for the stone. I had him looking left and right, up and down, and he found me several good candidates even looked further on his own, sent me photos and certificates on request. Love at first sight!

Couldn't ask for more.
I shopped for months for the perfect engagement ring. I finally made up my mind just days before Christmas. Time was not on my side, but I made a request to have the ring delivered before Christmas. Brilliance went to work, and to my delight, the ring arrived on Christmas Eve. It was just what I order including all the supporting documentation. No other company could provide the quality and value that Brilliance provided. As a consumer, I think shopping around is very important. Amazing product as well as customer service!
I was hoping to design a custom engagement ring to give my girlfriend over a cruise I had booked. The Jeweler I had previously been working with was not very responsive to my concerns and decided that he could not meet my deadline. Fortunately, I found Brilliance. Because I had a simple design in mind they were able to construct and ship my ring within just over 2 weeks so that I could have it before my cruise! Everyone I talked to was knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help me with my multitude of questions. Also, because they had such great prices I was able to purchase a better diamond than I was previously planning. All of my future jewelry purchases will be made through Brilliance.

Great place to get your diamonds
Buying a diamond is not something you can really decide based upon specifications. Though Brilliance.com really made this smooth, I was swaying between two highly similar (spec-wise) diamonds and it's Vonny Armstrong from Brilliance.com who broke the even for me. I trusted the professional and the result turned out to be great! Everyone complimented my diamond stud. I would definitely come back again and recommend this website to my friends and anyone who's in the market of diamond shopping.

Great company!
My fiance bought the ring on Brilliance.com, but it was a bit too big, so I sent it back for resizing. I was a little nervous about sending it in the mail, but everyone at Brilliance.com was very friendly and helpful via email and phone. They kept me updated on when it arrived, when it would likely be shipped, and when it did ship. It fits great now, and we're planning on getting our wedding bands from Brilliance, since we've had such a great experience! Thanks!

Absolutely Recommended!
After my engagement ring was stolen, I decided to 'build my own' replacement ring instead of having it done through our insurance company's jeweler.
I researched for weeks and weeks .... looking at site after site for loose diamonds. Realizing that a lot of diamonds online are sold 'virtually' through a database of loose stones, I kept finding the same diamond popping up on multiple sites, all priced differently. Not only did Brilliance have the exact stone for the LOWEST price, their customer service was beyond great! I requested photos of the diamond I wanted, which they sent me, and in the end (when that diamond wasn't available for purchase any longer) they found me another diamond with the same stats that exceeded my first choice! ON TOP OF THAT, they offered me $50 off of the new pick because it was priced about that much more than my original.
The purchase went perfectly and they shipped the diamond (very well packaged and completely safe) for me exactly as promised.
I will absolutely recommend Brilliance.com to friends and family, and I would use them again for future purchases for sure!

Service above and beyond expectations
I was looking to purchase a diamond for my girl friend and review numerous diamonds on the Brilliance sight. I made a choice and made my purchase. I received a call from a brilliance service rep, explaining to me what I purchased and why the other Diamond I had also reviewed would be a better selection. difference in price was minimal but the value was far greater. I was again called by Brilliance asking me why I didn't select a mount. When I told them they had nothing I was interested in, they informed me that they could make anything. I put them to the test and I was floored by what they produced. I compared it to other designer rings costing 3 times what I paid.

Amazing Products & Customer Service!!!
My fiance had been looking at settings (I already had the diamond I wanted to use) on brilliance.com for quite some time. I was hesitant, but after reviewing local jewelry stores the prices on brilliance were so much better than anywhere we found. I was under a deadline... I had was getting married in just two weeks from when I received the diamond and wanted to have my engagement ring by then. As the day got closer, I emailed customer service and the woman that helped me was so personable. It was the best customer service I had seen. She informed me they wanted my setting to be perfect before they sent it out but because she knew I needed it quickly... upgraded me to free overnight shipping. She understood the rush and that made me so happy! I received the setting on time, as promised and it was GORGEOUS. 18K white gold solitaire setting that was exactly how I saw it on the website. I was so happy and once I put the diamond in it, it was stunning. I definitely recommend brilliance.com.

Fiance was ecstatic!!!!
I intially had my reservations about making such an important purchase online without actually seeing the diamond first but I had read many reviews that stated that Brilliance was the best so I decided to give it a try. The first Customer Service Representative I spoke to was not very helpful nor gave me any viable options that were close to my specifications. When I called the second time that CSR was gone so I spoke to her manager. I can't say enough about how great of a job he did in finding the perfect diamond that matched my exact specifications and provided me with all the information that I requested. A+++
