I ordered Media Micro i3 PC System with some extra memory and a blu-ray burner on 11-05-2013 and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me in regards to me picking it up from the Brown Street warehouse. Pretty poor really.

ordered a 2tb media player
ordered a 2tb media player and received a second hand or ex display one and no one said it was second hand and a screw was ratiling arouned in side it .

i have sent you an email about this today, we build each of these units and test before dispatch
they never have hard drives inside and we need to open to put the hard drive in the enclosure

Great service and friendly staff.delighted
When I first went in the staff could not be more welcoming and accommodating with my computer problem.I put my laptop in on Friday and got it back on Monday which was what I was told when I first booked it in,I would defo recommend 3000rpm and I will be going back in the future with any other computer problems I have.

I purchased the Epson T0715 Compatible 4 Ink Cart Cartridge Set - Cheetah from 3000rpm.com at an unbelievable cheap price for my Epson Stylus SX515W. Thought what the heck even if they don't work it's only a few pounds. Delivered within a couple of days and installed them. They work brilliantly. The colours are exceptional, black is clear and streak free. I will definitely be buying more when these run out

Quick + helpful service - no problems.
My laptop had a virus and needed a backing up, then a complete re-install. I handed it in on Wednesday + got it back on the Saturday. The staff member kept in touch with me by phone letting me know the status of my repair and what was needing to be done. Quick + helpful. What can I say great products at great prices, friendly prompt service. After I made this purchase I had my computer repaired at 3000rpm, so many places charge so much for just looking at your system but NOT 3000 £15.00 all up and running perfectly, amazing. I have been a customer with 3000 for quite a few years now and would recommend them to anyone. Great work guys

needed to get a new card, as my old one couldnt cope any more. went to 3000rpm who advised me which one i needed, told me how to instal it and how to update the details online. wasnt too sure how to do it, and didnt want to risk making a hash of it, so for a small fee (and for piece of mind), they did it for me. job done within 2 hours. perfect service

Never let me down after many years!
I've been buying stuff from these guys for years and they have consistently provided amazing customer services and high quality items. Other companies may be quick at sending out items and have a similar range at a similar price but where 3000rpm really excel is with customer services. If I have any problems they sort them out right away with no messing around. For example, I bought some paper from one of my other suppliers and some packs are damaged. I complained and it was a nightmare trying to get them replaced along with some really offensive messages from the company. When I bought some paper from 3000rpm and there was a small problem they sorted it out right away and I had replacement paper the next day. Guess who I always go to now? 3000rpm of course! I'm expecting my order from yesterday to arrive today any minute now in fact. The delivery guys give you a precise time slot and never complain even though my office is on the top floor and there is a massive staircase to climb! Thanks guys and I hope to keep buying from you for many more years!
