Terrible Customer Service

"I'm trying to get a refund from this company and sure don't like their customer service. I followed their procedure, got an RA number from them, paid for the return shipping, sent them the tracking information, even told them when it was delivered and who signed for the package and now can't even get the courtesy of a reply to e-mails or phone calls. I've e-mailed Marc 3 times asking for information and gotten no reply. I've had a live chat on their website and still no reply. I've called their phone and never get a live person, only voice mail and left messages and still no reply. "

Shipping also took too long

I had a very similar experience to Christine's. I ordered a Christmas present on the 13th of Dec and received it in Jan. However, the price was unbeatable.

Shipping took 3 weeks

Love the item that I purschase! Shipping took forever though. And Cusomer Service Rep doesn't have the idea how long my item will arrive. Christmas Present that became a New Year' Present. Very dissapointed!
