I ordered a Y196 projection lamp which lasted less than two hours. Numerous emails and countless minutes on hold to eventually leave messages that are never answered. If you buy from this company, you will be throwing your money away. These other glowing reviews here are obviously written by their personnel or by paid respondents!

Brought a lamp from Advanced lamps and when it got here the television still seemed to not be working. I called the returns department at advanced lamps customer service and they walked me through the troubleshooting steps. The representative waited patiently as I went through each step. Finally after ten minutes the television was working perfectly. Awesome job advanced lamps.

If I had to compare this to previous online purchases this was definitely one of the easiest. The customer service representative was courteous and professional and knowledgeable. The price was the lowest price I found on the web, plus they offered economic shipping and best of all no tax. We placed our order online and it was very easy. We received our order confirmation just a few minutes after we placed the order. The very next day we received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so track our order along the way. Our order arrived in a few days and the replacement bulb worked perfectly. When it delivered in was in perfect shape. The picture on the television looks great, like new. Needless to say it was a pleasantly smooth transaction, and I would recommend Advanced Lamps to anyone looking to get a great product at a great price and fast.

I just have to say that this has been an amazing experience ordering from Advancedlamps.com. I found the exact part I needed for $100 less than the retail price for my DLP lamp. The shipping was safe and insured, my part arrived in PERFECT condition and on time. I will not hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody for sure. Advanced Lamps truly has excellent service. My lamp went out during Monday night football so I ordered that same night around 11 pm. The next day I received an email response saying that it was shipped on Tuesday and it was followed by tracking information. I received the package on Wednesday at the end of the business day. I normally refrain from purchasing over the internet, but when my 61 inch JVC TV's lamp burning out I no choice but to turn to the internet. Through researched and found Advanced Lamps.com. There were other options on line, however the best prices and warranty was found at Advanced Lamps. I am so happy with the service and the price from Advanced Lamps. I installed the lamp in less than 5 minutes with only a flat head screwdriver and worked like a champ, and was a perfect fit! Thanks Advanced Lamps! Advanced Lamps has a site that is extremely easy to navigate. Prices are way beyond reasonable. I needed the bulb in a hurry so I selected 2nd day UPS shipping and I ordered the item well before the deadline specified for same day shipping. I have no problem giving Advanced Lamps an excellent rating based on truly receiving 2 day shipping and a customer friendly website.

I was extremely surprised with the level of customer service I received from this .com company that had the lowest price for the bulb for my TV. I placed an ordered with Advanced and the very next day a very polite young man called me to inform me that the bulb I ordered was out of stock but that I could upgrade to an OEM bulb for a very small amount of money. I accepted the upgrade because I was missing my TV. Within a few days I received the bulb and installed and the TV powered up without any other problem. Overall my experience with Advanced Lamps was an excellent. I will not hesitate to do business with Advanced Lamps again. The customer service agent went above and beyond to assist and rectify what potentially could have been a problem, very proactive. Great job Advanced Lamps, great job, More companies need people like this in their business.

I ordered a bulb for my Panasonic TV from Advanced Lamps after my bulb died out. I chose Advanced Lamps because of the low price and the fact that their warranties were almost double of the other sites. I am extremely happy with the product and the service I received. It was shipped quickly and I received it a full day ahead of time. The same bulb from Panasonic was triple the price. I will buy from Advanced Lamps again.

Advanced Lamps had the exact lamp I needed to fix my daughters TV. They also double checked and informed me that there are two different styles of lamp for the TV, a first and second generation. I would have been clueless and spent way more money from another sites. The prices on their website were the lowest out there and the warranties are far better than their competitors choose to offer. I will definitely keep them bookmarked for future purchases.
